Malgré ce qui sont appelés " ; améliorations tecnologiques" ; chaque jour il y a mode de s'assister à des situations, dans les soi-disants pays avancés, qui mettent à dure épreuve les nerfs et la patience des citoyens. Et on parle de haute vitesse…
